all our regular classes are open level yoga classes and taught in english or luxembourgish.

evening hours : in evening hours we focus on deep relaxation. the goal is to enter a state of calmness by nourishing the body and the mind.

earth : earth is a grounding practice where we stay in the poses for a longer time. this yin-inspired practice will make you feel restored and centered.

air : in air we focus on the breath and we create awareness for the present moment. with soft movements and different breathwork practices we create for space for ourselves.

water : water is a dynamic and intuitive vinyasa yoga flow where movement is paired with the breath. this class will make you feel revitalized and aligned.

fire : fire is an active flow where we focus on strength and clarity. this vinyasa-inspired practice will energize your body & mind.
