evening hours : In the evening hours, we focus on a gentle and soft practice, designed to guide you into deep relaxation. The goal is to cultivate a state of calmness, ease, and inner peace, allowing you to gently unwind and reset after the week.
move & root : In the first part, we focus on energizing the body with active movements, synchronized with the breath. In the second part, a slower and softer practice helps to ground and center yourself, creating a balanced vinyasa practice that restores both balance and harmony.
earth : Earth is a grounding practice where we stay in the poses for longer, cultivating stability, and balance. This practice will help you feel rooted, centered, and steady in both body and mind.
air: In air, we focus on the breath and cultivate awareness of the present moment. This breath-centered, rhythmic Vinyasa yoga practice uses mindful movements and the breath to cultivate inner space and presence.
water: Water is a fluid and dynamic Vinyasa flow, where movement is paired with a steady breath. This intuitive practice will make you feel revitalized and aligned.
fire : Fire is an active and strong vinyasa flow where we focus on strength and clarity. This powerful practice will awaken your body and mind, helping you cultivate energy, presence, and vitality.
