1.    Booking and Cancellation Policy

1.1 To reserve a single class / bundle of classes, please sign in through our website www.honeyflow-studio-squarespace.com and book through our booking system. Payment must be made in advance to guarantee your reservation. If you can not purchase online, you can buy a 5er / 10er bundle in our studio and write/tell us before class if you want to participate. 

1.2 If you want  to cancel / modify your reservation, you must do this at least 24 hours before the start of the class in order to receive a full refund. 

1.3 If you don’t show up for a class you booked, the full price will be charged. 

1.4 If Honeyflow Studio needs to cancel a class, you will receive a refund / a voucher for another class.

1.5 If the schedule changes, you will be notified. 

1.7 The 10er / 5er bundles will not be reimbursed. 

    2.    Arrival

2.1 Plan to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the class. Before entering the shala, please put your shoes in the shelf. If you arrive late, please try to enter the studio silently. 

2.2 The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in your clothes. Feel free to wear what feels best for you. You can easily change clothes in our changing room. 

    3.    Personal Liability

3.1 Please be aware of the risk of injury and know your limitations. 

3.2 Honeyflow Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio. 

3.3 It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the teacher of any injuries / physical limitations before the class. You can also write us a message before the class. If you feel uncomfortable / experience pain, please stop the activity and inform us immediately.

3.4 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Honeyflow Studio SARL-S and their teachers harmless immediately upon demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising from your use of this website or the use of your shopping account and/or personal information by any other person.

By booking and attending classes at Honeyflow Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the cancellation policy, which can be found on our website  www.honeyflow-studio.squarespace.com
