Not at all. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome at Honeyflow Studio. Our classes offer different levels and styles, so you can find a practice that feels right for you.
-
Absolutely. You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. Yoga is about connecting with your body and creating space for yourself, both physically and mentally.
-
All you really need is comfortable clothing and an open mind. We provide yoga mats and all the props you may need at the studio, so you’re welcome to simply come as you are. Of course, if you prefer practicing with your own mat, feel free to bring it along.
-
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to settle in, get familiar with the space and arrive on your mat without rushing.
-
All of our classes are open-level, so everyone is welcome. Some classes are naturally gentler, while others may be more dynamic. If it’s your first time practicing yoga, we especially recommend our sunday evening hours class as a beautiful place to begin.

Yes. Our memberships are designed to help you find a regular rhythm in your practice and create time and space for yourself.
Whether you come once a week or more often, a membership gives you the opportunity to create a routine that allows you to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, move your body and quiet your mind.
-

We recommend booking your spot in advance through our website to make sure you can join your preferred class. As our classes are kept small and personal, spaces are limited.
