AIR
This class focusses on the breath and cultivates awareness of the present moment. This breath-centered, rhythmic vinyasa yoga practice uses mindful movements to cultivate inner space and presence.

WATER
Water is a fluid and dynamic vinyasa flow, where movement is paired with a steady breath. This intuitive practice leaves you revitalized and aligned.

FIRE
Fire is an active and strong vinyasa flow where we focus on strength and clarity. This powerful practice awakens body and mind, helping you cultivate energy, presence, and vitality.
