I started practicing yoga a few years ago in order to reconnect with my emotions & my body. Yoga, movement, journaling & being outside helps me to ground my rather chaotic mind and to find my way back to love & interconnectedness.
I’ve been very lucky to intensifie my practice visiting many different teachers in different cities. I especially deepened my practice with the help of Kira Cook.
