I started practicing Yoga as a way to find presence and balance in everyday life. My growing interest in body-oriented work led me to Zenthai Shiatsu. My background in psychology shapes my approach, supporting the integration and exploration of the body-mind connection.
I aim to create a space of ease where people can reconnect with themselves, find inner balance, and feel supported in cultivating both strength and presence. Beyond personal well-being, I place importance on deepening awareness of our surroundings and how we engage with the world around us.

I started practicing yoga a few years ago in order to reconnect with my emotions and my body. Yoga, movement, journaling & being outside allows me to ground myself and to find my way back to love & interconnectedness.
I’ve been very lucky to intensifie my practice visiting many different teachers in different cities. I especially deepened my practice with the help of Kira Cook.
Lastly, I’m interested in a critical view of yoga and its intersections with capitalism, politics, and colonialism. I’m drawn to a yoga that’s engaged with the world and invites reflection.
